With three CQC Outstanding homes, we're looking for a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our multidisciplinary therapy team and make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do
- Support Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with rehabilitation programmes.
- Help residents improve their mobility, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Assist with therapy sessions, documentation, and daily clinical activities.
What We're Looking For
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Previous Therapy Assistant experience or a relevant qualification (including Physiotherapy graduates awaiting HCPC registration)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
