Fairlie Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist neurological care. Since 1999, we've been delivering exceptional care to adults with complex neurological conditions, spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilator dependency.
With three CQC Outstanding homes, we're looking for a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our multidisciplinary therapy team and make a real difference every day.

What You'll Do
- Support Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with rehabilitation programmes.
- Help residents improve their mobility, independence, and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Assist with therapy sessions, documentation, and daily clinical activities.
What We're Looking For
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Previous Therapy Assistant experience or a relevant qualification (including Physiotherapy graduates awaiting HCPC registration)
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
