Keysoe Therapy Centre is recruiting for Therapy Centre Animal Assistants to join our friendly & welcoming Therapy & Wellbeing Team. Full or Part-time options are available.
Keysoe Therapy Centre's main aim is to help and support adults and children who suffer with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mental health, stress, and learning difficulties. But we strongly believe that all people can benefit from animal-assisted therapy, so all are welcome.

This role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:
- Caring for the therapy animals (currently goats, miniature ponies & sheep) on a daily basis
- Grooming, washing, mucking out and feeding of therapy ponies
- Exercising the therapy ponies on a daily basis
- Assisting with animal assisted therapy & wellbeing visits in line with health & safety policies as required.
- Assisting as required with weekend education sessions for children to teach them about the animals
- Facilitating, pony, goat & sheep walking sessions.

Employment information:
- 6-month probation period
- Private healthcare policy after completion of probationary period
- 28 days annual leave
- Staff discount in on site cafe
Working patterns:
- Hours of work : 07:30 to 17:00 per day
- Full-time : 5 days out of 7 days. Weekend working on a rota
- Part-time : 4 days per week, including weekend working on a rota.
