Therapy Lead - £29,464.50 per annum

The rota is Monday - Sunday, and you must be flexible to work earlies, lates, and potentially waking nights depending on the therapy needs of the people we support, it also includes working bank holidays.

Working times:

  • 8am - 3pm
  • 3pm - 10pm
  • Anywhere between 10pm - 8am

Full time 37.5hrs per week - (22.5hrs on rota and 15hrs off rota)

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a genuinely caring, hands-on, Therapy Lead, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support at our ABI - Adult Brain Injury rehabilitation residential services Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

The Therapy Lead translates plans and therapy goals defined by a range of therapists, into the rehabilitation pathway. This creates opportunities for the people we support to reach their full potential and be the vital link between the therapist team and the services. Therapy includes, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behaviour therapy, speech and language, music and drama, clinical competence and management training.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals. We’re interested in our Therapy Lead having both the right experience, the right values and hold a full UK manual driving license. This is why at this service our Therapy Lead must have a willingness to complete an apprenticeship or diploma as part of your CPD, be willing to complete training for all aspects of therapy and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be resilient, flexible and positive in your approach.
