About the Role
A temporary Thermal Insulation Engineer position is now open at Ineos Saltend to join our NAECI site project. This contract-based role will support:
- Implementation of thermal insulation systems to meet industrial regulatory and efficiency standards
- Assistance in construction activities requiring specialised material handling and application techniques
- Collaboration with project teams in maintaining operational integrity

Ideal candidates will have: ✔ Recognised TICA Gold certification (essential requirement) ✔ Hands-on experience with industrial insulation materials (foam, mineral wool, cementitious systems, etc.) ✔ Knowledge of asbestos awareness training is advantageous ✔ Compliance with PPE, BASS, and JSA citations ✔ Ability to work in fast-moving construction environments
