Insight Investment is looking for a Third Party Manager to join the Vendor Management team in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract as maternity cover. This role will help ensure Insight's compliance with Third Party Governance (VENDOR) regulations. It will primarily involve supporting Head of Sourcing and Third Party Management and internal stakeholders with the implementation of policies, consulting and advising business teams, liaising with the corporate (BNYM) VENDOR representatives for completion of all process requirements and reporting and management of vendors as needed.
Role Responsibilities Conduct all business transactions in accordance with policies, procedures & guidelines, legal requirements, regulations and ethical standards Drive consistent execution of the VENDOR policy and framework, and key deliverables Drive adoption of the VENDOR processes, provide guidance to stakeholders on third-party governance, oversight, and risk mitigation. Communicate proactively with Head of Vendor Management and escalate risks and issues as appropriate. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and SMEs as appropriate to (a) address third-party issues and (b) manage VENDOR-related audit, regulatory, and risk and control matters Provide guidance and assistance to internal stakeholders with preparing for and conducting oversight meetings with Third Parties Provide guidance to Engagement Managers (EMs) prior to engaging a third party Review and approve Third Party risk assessments (segmentations) submitted by EMs Oversee Engagement Managers' and Executive Sponsors' execution of required ongoing monitoring activities Coordinate business reviews for vendors on a regular basis to help Executive Sponsors and EMs to manage vendor performance Oversee timely resolution of third-party issues by EMs and; provide necessary guidance and support. Ensure risk acceptances and documented and approved in compliance with the policy Provide third-party risk reporting, including any necessary escalations, to Business Risk Committee and other business stakeholders

Experience Required Understanding of procurement, supplier relationship and Third-Party risk management processes and practices Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project Commercial Acumen Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints Solution oriented, strives to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (including PowerPoint) Takes the initiative in researching solutions to technology problems
