Third Party Service Network Manager

About Us

Halfords is a leading UK provider of motoring and cycling services, with a diverse and increasingly service-led portfolio that includes specialist retail, an extensive garages network, Commercial Fleet Services, and a growing B2B offering. Our Commercial Fleet Services business plays a critical role in keeping commercial customers and businesses moving, delivering essential vehicle maintenance, compliance and on-demand services at scale.

As a key ambassador of the Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) values, you’ll foster a customer-centric, engaged culture across Universal Fleet Services, Lodge Tyre Fleet Services and McConechy’s Commercial Fleet Services operating 24/7 365 days a year managing commercial breakdowns.

About The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Third‑Party Network Manager to oversee and develop our network of external service providers. You’ll build strong relationships while ensuring every partner meets Halfords standards for compliance, Health & Safety, and operational excellence.

Halfords Commercial Fleet works with a wide range of third‑party businesses from single‑site operators to multi‑location organisations to deliver high‑quality fleet support to our customers. This role plays a key part in reducing risk, maintaining best practice, and ensuring subcontractors meet their responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
