KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning production across multiple sites and co‑packers
- Making sure the right stock is in the right place at the right time
- Working with demand planners, sales, and operations to keep service levels high
- Using ERP/MRP tools (SAP, Dynamics, etc.) to drive accuracy and efficiency
- Supporting new product launches and continuous improvement projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in supply planning OR strong background in production planning with proven ability to manage MRP/ERP systems, balance capacity and inventory, and deliver high service levels
- Hands-on with ERP/MRP systems and confident with Excel/BI tools
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves solving problems
- Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with factories, co-packers, and manufacturing partners — whether external or internal

Competitive package: £49K base + 12.5% bonus
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2 – 3 times a week.
