About Feedly
Feedly is the AI platform CTI teams use to track threats, contextualize what matters, and deliver tailored intel in minutes. We serve 380+ CTI teams, including 50% of the Fortune 10.
We're a remote-first, self-funded, high-growth, profitable startup, located in the Bay Area. Our team is distributed across America and Europe. Our values inform what we build and how we work: Growth Mindset, Customer Obsession, Team First, Excellence and Ownership.
We are all builders at heart and care deeply about the quality of our work.
About the role
We’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Advisor to join our Client team. You will work closely with customers from the moment they reach the onboarding stage. You will develop an understanding of their intelligence requirements, PIRs, and goals, and work with them to enhance their defensive capabilities by ensuring they are getting the most out of Feedly for Threat Intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted CTI advisor, helping customers architect and mature their threat intelligence programs, structure effective PIRs, build threat hunting use cases, and create impactful intelligence reports for executives.
- Coach customers on Feedly AI to unlock competitive advantage: guide them through prompt engineering for Automated Newsletters and Reports, AI research queries, custom MCP integrations, and advanced workflows; capture quality feedback to refine AI outputs and inform product improvements.
- Gain a complete understanding of Feedly’s role in customers’ operations and enable them to become internal advocates.
- Work closely with customers and the product team to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements.
- Cross-collaborate with our marketing, product, machine learning, and development teams.
- Produce and maintain the toolkit (tutorials, guides, prompt templates, workflow blueprints) we use to educate our customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
