Through Life Capability Manager
Through-Life Support Manager – Defence
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to step into a senior, high-impact role within a fast-growing strategy, operations, and digital consultancy delivering complex programmes across the UK defence and asset-intensive sectors.
You will play a central role in shaping and delivering Through-Life Support (TLS) and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions that directly influence availability, resilience, cost, and operational capability across critical defence assets.
This is not traditional advisory work. You will remain close to delivery, working alongside clients to design, implement, and embed sustainable support solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
If you are looking for greater influence, broader responsibility, and the chance to help build a capability from the ground up, this role offers a clear platform.
About the Team
The Supply Chain Strategy & Operations team supports organisations operating in complex, regulated, and mission-critical environments, including defence. The team combines:
- Operational expertise
- Digital capability
- Advanced analytics
to improve asset performance and supportability outcomes.
The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and delivery-focused, offering autonomy and progression without unnecessary bureaucracy.
The Role
As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a Through-Life Support Manager – Defence to expand and lead our TLS and ILS capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
