About the Role
Raith Rovers Football Club is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Ticketing & Retail Manager to lead the Club's ticketing and retail operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue across ticketing, retail, memberships and hospitality, while delivering an exceptional supporter experience both online and at Stark's Park.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines commercial awareness with operational excellence, working closely with colleagues across the Club to drive sales, improve supporter engagement and deliver first-class matchday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Club's ticketing operations on Fanbase for all fixtures, season tickets, memberships, hospitality and events.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Club Shop and online retail store.
- Maintain accurate ticketing, retail and EPOS systems, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Manage stock levels, merchandise ordering and relationships with suppliers and the Club's technical partner.
- Assist in the planning of kit launches, retail promotions and supporter offers.
- Maximise commercial opportunities through ticketing, retail and matchday sales initiatives.
- Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis to support decision making.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate reconciliations and reporting.
- Lead ticket office and retail operations on home matchdays, ensuring a high standard of supporter service.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, supporter experience and revenue generation.
- Complete post-match revenue reports across ticketing and retail, providing accurate sales analysis and performance insights.

Person Specification
Essential
- Experience in ticketing, retail or commercial operations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Experience using ticketing, EPOS or retail management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and matchdays.

- Experience within professional sport, leisure or events.
- Knowledge of football ticketing and retail operations.
- Experience of online retail platforms and stock management.
