The LTA’s vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’ and its mission is to transform communities through tennis by making it welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone. We have a similar approach to developing and promoting padel, one of the fastest growing sports in Britain.
About the Role
The Commercial and Operations Department is responsible for the development and delivery of the LTA’s programme of international events. These events enable us to increase the visibility of our sport, drive participation and open tennis up to new and existing audiences.
Sitting within the Ticketing & Premium Experience Team, The Ticketing Systems Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of LTA ticketing across LTA events and The Championships, Wimbledon. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with ticketing systems or event technology
- Is detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Enjoys working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Has an interest in live events, sport, or large-scale operations

Interview Timelines
- Please note, the application window for this role closes at midnight on Sunday 2nd August
- First stage interviews will take place via Teams week commencing 17th August
- Second stage interviews will take place at the National Tennis Centre on Wednesday 2nd September
