A client from a top-tier consultancy is seeking an Associate/Engagement Manager level consultant to join the team for project-based engagements.
You will support senior leadership in delivering commercial strategy, pricing, and transformation work across a range of client projects, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving commercial performance. You will report into senior project leads and be responsible for executing high-impact workstreams across either commercial effectiveness and/or payments-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pricing strategy, revenue management, and commercial transformation workstreams across client engagements
- Support development of go-to-market strategies, sales effectiveness programs, and commercial analytics
- Contribute to payments-related projects including strategy, transformation, and scheme or infrastructure analysis (where relevant)
- Analyse data, develop insights, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements
- 4–7 years’ experience from a tier 1 strategy consultancy, with experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management roles
- Strong experience in commercial effectiveness (e.g., pricing, yield/revenue management, go-to-market) and/or payments (e.g., payments strategy, infrastructure, digital payments)
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to complex, fast-paced project environments
- Analytical mindset with experience in translating data into actionable commercial insights

Details
- Start date: July/August
- Duration: 4–10 weeks depending on project
- Day rate: £1,000-1,300 PAYE / Euro equivalent
- Location: Hybrid (UK and Europe, with some remote flexibility)
