Join a Growing Precision Engineering Manufacturer
An established engineering manufacturer is looking for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join its skilled production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys precision fabrication, takes pride in producing high-quality stainless steel components, and wants to be part of a business that invests in its people, equipment, and manufacturing capability.
Working within a modern workshop, you'll manufacture bespoke and low-volume engineered products used across a variety of industrial sectors.
The Role
As a TIG Welder Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality fabricated components from engineering drawings through to finished assemblies.

This is a varied position where no two projects are exactly the same. Alongside fabrication and welding, you'll contribute to improving manufacturing processes, developing tooling solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- TIG welding stainless steel components and fabricated assemblies
- Carrying out MIG welding where required
- Fabricating components from engineering drawings and production documentation
- Ensuring all finished work meets quality and dimensional standards
- Inspecting your own work throughout the manufacturing process
- Supporting the development of improved manufacturing techniques and workshop processes
- Assisting with tooling, fixtures, and production improvements
- Helping maintain workshop equipment and ensuring a safe, organised working environment
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and delivery deadlines

About You
We're looking for an experienced fabricator who enjoys producing quality work and has a genuine passion for engineering.
You'll Ideally Have
- Strong TIG welding experience on stainless steel
- Previous fabrication experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- The ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- A practical, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new manufacturing techniques
Desirable Experience Includes
- MIG welding
- Sheet metal fabrication
- Manufacturing bespoke or small-batch engineered products
