Job Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Paid Social & TikTok Shop Manager to lead paid social strategy and TikTok Shop growth for beauty clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, social commerce, and the beauty industry, who understands how to drive both brand visibility and direct revenue across platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant social channels, alongside running and growing TikTok Shop for beauty brands. You will be responsible for building full-funnel paid strategies, optimizing shop performance, supporting creator and affiliate activity, and turning social content into measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute paid social strategies across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant social platforms for beauty clients.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Build audience strategies, testing plans, creative recommendations, and media plans tailored to each beauty client’s goals.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure paid social assets are platform-native, performance-led, and aligned with campaign objectives.
TikTok Shop Management & Growth
- Manage the day-to-day operations and growth strategy of TikTok Shop accounts for beauty clients.
- Create and optimize product listings, bundles, promotional offers, and merchandising strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
- Build launch plans for new beauty products, key retail moments, and seasonal campaigns within TikTok Shop.
- Identify opportunities to increase GMV through affiliate activity, live shopping, creator-led content, promotions, and shop optimization.
- Monitor shop health, product performance, customer experience, and TikTok Shop best practices to maintain strong account performance.

Beauty Client Management
- Manage paid social and TikTok Shop activity across multiple beauty accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned with each client’s commercial objectives.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for beauty clients, providing campaign updates, strategic recommendations, and performance insights.
- Understand each brand’s positioning, hero products, audience, and commercial priorities to shape platform strategy effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including account management, creative, influencer, e-commerce, and reporting teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Content, Creative & Social Commerce
- Partner with creative teams to brief high-performing ad creatives, UGC, product demos, tutorials, and TikTok-first content for beauty audiences.
- Recommend content angles, hooks, offer messaging, and social commerce tactics that support both paid performance and TikTok Shop conversion.
- Work alongside influencer and affiliate teams to align creator content with paid amplification and TikTok Shop objectives.
- Support live shopping, creator seeding, affiliate offers, and conversion-led campaign activations where relevant.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and report on key paid social and TikTok Shop KPIs including spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, GMV, AOV, and affiliate performance.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next-step recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign, product, and audience performance to identify growth opportunities and improve future strategy.
- Use data and platform insights to continuously refine targeting, creative, merchandising, and commercial performance.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, e-commerce, or social commerce.
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok and Meta, ideally within beauty, skincare, makeup, haircare, or wellness brands.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, including shop management, product merchandising, promotions, and growth strategy.
- Strong understanding of social commerce, direct-response creative, and performance-focused content.
- Ability to manage multiple beauty clients or campaigns in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
- Confident using paid social and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect paid performance, content, and e-commerce outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Agency experience working across multiple beauty or consumer brands.
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliates, creator campaigns, and live shopping strategy.
- Knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior and trends across social platforms.
- Experience briefing UGC and creator content for performance marketing.
