TikTok Creator Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
Location: London, UK (Office-based)
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Creator Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with TikTok creators, driving creator partnerships, and supporting the growth of TikTok Shop brands through creator marketing and live commerce.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and content partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and MCNs.
- Develop creator collaboration strategies to drive content performance and sales growth.
- Manage creator campaigns from planning through execution and performance tracking.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including GMV, engagement, content output, and ROI.
- Provide guidance and support to creators to improve content quality and commercial performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations based on campaign data.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Creator Management, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, or E-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, creator ecosystem, and social commerce.
- Experience managing creator campaigns and building long-term creator relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with TikTok Shop or live commerce.
- Existing network of TikTok creators, agencies, or MCNs.
- Experience using creator management or influencer marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of the UK or European e-commerce market.
