About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative, culturally connected TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager to join The Beauty Tech Group and help drive engagement, conversation, and community growth across our portfolio of beauty technology brands.
This role sits at the heart of our influencer activity, with a particular focus on the platform TikTok. You'll be responsible for building relationships with key creators, creating reactive content opportunities, and ensuring our brands remain relevant within beauty, wellness creator culture.
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, someone who understands internet culture, knows what makes content perform, and can confidently turn insights into action. You'll work closely with our Influencer and Brand teams to help shape a social presence that feels engaging, premium, and culturally relevant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring trends, sounds, creators, and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for our brands to participate in relevant conversations.
- Working closely with Influencer and Social teams to amplify creator content and drive community engagement.
- Proactively engaging with creators to increase visibility and brand affinity.
- Identifying viral opportunities and reactive content moments, moving quickly to bring ideas to life.
- Monitoring competitor activity and wider beauty, wellness, and social media trends.
- Reporting on sales performance across The Beauty Tech Group Portfolio.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential
- Proven experience managing creator campaigns, predominantly on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms, and platform behavior.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content opportunities.
- Experience using TikTok analytics and social reporting tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, or creator culture.
Desirable
- Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Experience working with influencers or creator partnerships.
