Our Client

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty brands, recognised for its outstanding success across social commerce and creator-led marketing.

With an engaged community, a highly entrepreneurial culture and an impressive presence on TikTok Shop, the business has built a reputation for moving quickly, embracing innovation and staying ahead of digital trends. As they continue to scale, they're investing heavily in their affiliate and creator ecosystem, creating an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership of a high-growth channel.

This is a business where ideas are encouraged, decisions happen quickly, and individuals have genuine influence over commercial success.

Overview

We are looking for a TikTok Affiliate Executive to own and grow the brand's affiliate programme across TikTok Shop.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the TikTok ecosystem and enjoys building relationships with creators, identifying commercial opportunities and driving performance through affiliate partnerships.

Working closely with the marketing team, you'll manage creator outreach, oversee affiliate campaigns, monitor performance and help shape the brand's social commerce strategy. You'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on revenue while helping scale one of the fastest-growing areas of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
