📍 Location: London (3 days per week in office) 💰 Salary: £45,000
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic TikTok Shop Account Manager to build and grow a TikTok Shop presence in the UK. You’ll overseer the entire platform pipeline—from executing live shopping sessions and curating content to running promotions and engaging the community.
About the Role
- Host live TikTok Shop sessions and adapt content dynamically to boost engagement and conversions.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring listings, products, and the storefront stay optimised and competitive.
- Plan promotional calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns and business objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal teams to preserve brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, generating data-driven insights to enhance results.
- Foster direct engagement via comments, DMs, and live chat to strengthen community ties.

About You
- Experience with managing TikTok Shop, live commerce, or similar social commerce platforms.
- Strong on-camera presence; naturally personable, energetic, and comfortable conducting live interactions.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, algorithm shifts, and the ecosystem’s culture.
- Commercially savvy, with hands-on experience in forecasting, reporting, and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communicator, adept at nurturing relationships with online audiences.
