TikTok Shop Account Manager (Italian-speaking)

Location: Eurozone Type: Full-time

About the Role

Philips is seeking a proactive and consumer-centric Commercial Account Manager to join our TikTok Shop team.

You will manage and nurture relationships with TikTok Shop Agency Partners and TikTok Shop HQ, driving commercial and engagement objectives on the platform.

This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce, commercial strategy, and leveraging social media to influence consumer decision journeys.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Performance

  • Drive sell-out (GMV – Gross Merchandise Value) performance on TikTok Shop Italy while aligning strategic goals.
  • Oversee sell-in of products through the TikTok Shop Agency Partner.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver strong content engagement metrics.
  • Optimise lower-funnel activations, with a focus on TikTok Shop Lives.
  • Co-create an annual activation plan with the Marketing Team, ensuring alignment with broader WE Incubator team objectives.

Commercial & Portfolio Management

  • Manage portfolio and pricing strategies within WE brand guardrails.
  • Work with TikTok’s Account Management team to secure brand and commercial unlocks (e.g., exclusive discounts, promotions).
  • Track performance across GMV, content engagement, and user outputs and iteratively optimise for better results.

Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Philips’ TikTok Shop Agency Partner (TSP) to execute the activation calendar.
  • Ensure all content deliverables comply with Philips brand guidelines.
  • Manage Above-The-Line (A&P) and promotion spending as key contact for SAP reporting.

Campaign & Platform Strategy

  • Support the Marketing Manager in handle content, affiliate marketing, and ad campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of latest TikTok trends and integrate best practices into Philips’ content strategy.

Who You Are (Key Requirements)

  • Demonstrable experience (minimum 5+ years) in National Account Management.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, with a focus on commercial strategy.
  • Experience working within a global brand-led, consumer-centric organization.
  • Fluent Italian (written & spoken).
  • Proven track record in P&L management with financial accountability.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to create impactful commercial proposals.
  • Skills in customer experience optimization, enhancing decision journeys, and improving conversion rates.
  • Ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, sales, supplier relations).
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for new technologies and innovative marketing channels.
  • Team player—ability to collaborate across departments while working both independently and with multiple stakeholders.

Philips offices will operate on a hybrid model. Office-based teams are expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week.
