About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented TikTok Shop Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our TikTok Shop. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, learns quickly, and enjoys working in e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update TikTok Shop product listings.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
- Track inventory and report low-stock items.
- Assist with product uploads, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Help optimize product listings using keywords and clear descriptions.
- Prepare simple daily or weekly reports.
- Support the team with other e-commerce tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Experience with TikTok Shop is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online selling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written English communication.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and online tools.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Stable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva for basic graphics.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
