Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised Campaigns Manager to lead and scale our Flat-Fee campaigns. In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-volume creator talent sourcing, negotiation, and execution on TikTok Shop, while acting as a trusted partner to our clients. If you are a communication powerhouse who thrives on client relationship management, loves the fast-paced energy of influencer marketing, and excels at turning chaotic spreadsheets into seamless, high-ROI campaigns, we want you. 🚀

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on campaign timelines, managing deliverables, and handling daily communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end execution of paid (Flat Fee) TikTok Shop influencer campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Influencer Sourcing & Outreach: Build and manage a robust pipeline of creators and talent managers specifically suited for high-converting TikTok Shop content.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Confidently negotiate rates, draft contracts, and secure the best usage and usage-rights terms for our brand roster.
  • Workflow Organisation: Keep track of multiple moving parts—from product seeding and asset tracking to publishing schedules and creator feedback loops.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary bridge between creators, clients, agency account leads, and internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are perfectly aligned. 🧠

Requirements

  • Influencer Marketing Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer or creator campaigns (specific TikTok Shop experience is a plus, but a strong background in general influencer management is essential).
  • Client Management Skills: Comfortable presenting to clients, managing their expectations, and maintaining strong, collaborative brand relationships.
  • Organisational Mastery: Highly detail-oriented; you love building systems, tracking metrics, and ensuring no creator, client update, or asset slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Powerhouse: An exceptional communicator who knows how to pitch to creators, handle agent negotiations, and speak confidently with brand clients.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: Someone who thrives under pressure, works well with tight deadlines, and loves the fast, evolving nature of TikTok.
  • Execution Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9-5 when major product launches or campaign deadlines land.
