The Role & Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Social Commerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Social Commerce to help build and scale this new offering from the ground up.
You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, supporting TikTok Shop operations, and helping deliver strong commercial results for brands.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in Social Commerce and/or TikTok Shop—either agency-side, brand-side, or within TikTok.
Support the management of client accounts across TikTok Shop, acting as a key day-to-day contact Assist in planning and executing social commerce strategies to drive sales and growth Manage TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, promotions, and campaign coordination Optimise product listings across TikTok Shop (titles, imagery, descriptions, pricing and merchandising) Support the delivery of Creator Campaigns, working directly with creators or managing agencies Monitor performance and report on key metrics, including GMV, conversion rates and ROI Identify opportunities for optimisation and contribute to test-and-learn strategies Collaborate with Paid, Creative and Organic to deliver integrated campaigns Help onboard new clients and support smooth delivery from day one Stay up to date with TikTok trends, platform updates and social commerce best practice.

Skills & Experience
2–4 years’ experience in growing brands on TikTok Shop Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (agency, brand or platform side preferred) Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Confidence working with data and performance metrics (Excel/Google Sheets) Good communication skills and experience working with clients or stakeholders A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment Interest in social commerce, TikTok trends and digital marketing

Compensation
£38,000 to £48,000 DOE
