JOB TITLE: Short-Form Video Editor — TikTok Shop / Reels / Shorts (Long-Term, Weekly Pay)
We are TikTok Shop Editors — we edit TikTok Shop, UGC, and organic videos for top creators who post at volume. Whether a creator is posting 10 videos or 300 per month, we handle the editing so they can stay focused on filming. We work with multiple TikTok Shop affiliates and creators, and we're growing fast.
We're hiring reliable video editors to join our team long-term. This is NOT a one-off project. We're looking to build lasting relationships with editors who grow with us — steady weekly volume, weekly pay, and more work as we onboard new creators.
What You'll Do
- Edit TikTok, Reels, and Shorts content for multiple creators
- Remove dead space and improve pacing
- Add cuts, zooms, captions, sound effects, and graphics when needed
- Adapt to different creator styles and different products
- Deliver videos quickly and consistently
- Handle revisions when requested (revisions are included on every client order)

You'll be matched to a tier based on your skill level.
MUST HAVES
- Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
- CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Understanding of retention, hooks, and viewer psychology
- Good English communication
- Fast, reliable turnaround times
- Able to handle consistent weekly volume (our creators post daily)
