Tile Apprentice
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Tile Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the construction industry, specifically, tile installation. The Apprentice will work under the guidance of industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to projects that involve a mix of remodeling and new construction.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of tile projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Support the team lead in job setup, demo and prep work.
- Help maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Learn to read work orders and project specifications to understand project requirements.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of tile principles and techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site methods and materials.
- Ability to perform tile prep work tasks with attention to detail.
- Capability to read work orders and interpret construction plans accurately.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication.
