Mission

Join the Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, delivering exclusive private sales for one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

This role offers a unique opportunity to travel internationally throughout the year. You will support approximately 7 international sales per year, with each project lasting up to three weeks. When not travelling, you will assist with sales activities in your local showroom.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Cashier Manager to join our global Arlettie team. The role involves leading a team of approximately 18 employees, overseeing around 700 daily visitors, and ensuring that all team members consistently deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role And Responsibilities

Till Management

Oversee the day-to-day management of tills, customer queries, and security at the cash desk. Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and investigating any till discrepancies. Extract and analyse daily sales reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies and reporting findings to the business. Ensure all financial controls and cashiering processes are followed accurately across the showroom.

Team Management

Lead, train, and develop a team of temporary cashiers in a fast-paced sales environment. Deliver comprehensive training on till operations, customer service standards, and cashiering procedures prior to each sale event. Ensure all team members understand and adhere to Arlettie processes as well as any brand-specific requirements. Monitor team performance, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to maintain high standards. Lead regular team briefings, communicating operational updates, sales targets, and key processes.

Customer Service

Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the client journey. Manage client relationships, handling escalated enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Act as a visible presence on the shop floor, welcoming clients, providing information, and resolving queries as required.

Administration

Oversee the upload of pricing to the till system and the preparation of point-of-sale materials, including pricing signage, using information provided by the Account Manager. Report customer feedback and sales insights to the management team to support the success of each sale event. Ensure all cashiering documentation, reporting, and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Profile

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Cashier Manager, Retail Operations, or similar leadership role within a high-volume retail environment. Proven experience leading, training, and motivating teams to deliver high standards of performance and customer service. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience managing cash handling procedures and financial controls. Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills. Commercially minded, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities. Reliable, professional, and highly detail-oriented. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good spoken and written English. Entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on management style.

International Travel Requirements

This role involves extensive international travel, supporting approximately 7 sale events per year across multiple global locations. Each event may last up to 3 weeks. Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods away from home and working in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. Must be eligible to travel internationally and hold (or be able to obtain) any required visas and travel documentation.
