Timber Frame Site Crew
Construction Site Crew – Trainee & Experienced (Oakwrights)
Location
Based in Hereford, UK, with travel across national sites.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary, DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Hours
- Local sites: Mon–Fri 07:30–18:30
- National sites (working away): Mon–Thu 07:30–19:30

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Site Crew, you’ll work in skilled teams to erect:
- Structural green oak frames
- WrightWall & WrightRoof encapsulation systems
- Bespoke timber-framed structures across the UK
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble frames accurately following drawings and details
- Safely and effectively use hand & power tools
- Support frame erection, fixings, setting out, and weatherproofing
- Work at height and varied site environments
- Maintain a tidy, safe work area
- Represent Oakwrights professionally on-site

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need every skill – we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Ideal candidates may have:
- A full driving license
- Carpentry, construction, or site experience (trainee roles also available)
- Confidence working at height and with tools
- Strong teamwork, communication, and timekeeping
- A positive, professional, proactive approach
- A clean driving license
- Experience working away from home
