Job Title: Time & Attendance Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Time & Attendance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and compliant workforce data management, support payroll processes, and collaborate with managers to address queries while upholding company policies.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with both systems and people, and delivers outstanding accuracy and service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job mobilisations, working closely with the HR Support Team to ensure correct setup of sites and employees.
    • May include travel to new client sites for installation.
  • Calculate and update holiday adjustments in the system.
  • Collaborate with the Time & Attendance (T&A) Mobilisation Lead and T&A Compliance Lead to maintain and roll out current training materials.
  • Partner with the T&A Business Support Analyst on Monthly Operational Drop-Ins.
  • Represent T&A in bid meetings to ensure realistic commitments are made.
  • Maintain data integrity in alignment with the company’s Target Operating Model (TOM).

  • Generate and review system reports, identifying updates and coordinating corrections with the T&A Team.
  • Conduct payroll-related checks as required to support processes.
  • Investigate root causes of compliance issues, escalating findings to the T&A Manager.
  • Respond to queries and resolve attendance/payroll issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) via email and case management systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
