TIS Service Desk Engineer

Are you ready to support one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled TIS Service Desk Engineer to drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.


About The Role

This full-time, permanent role ensures that Learner and Staff requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently—maintaining the high level of service our customers rely on.


About The Team

About You

We’re seeking a reliable, motivated, and service-focused individual with:

  • Strong organisational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in a similar role
