TIS Service Desk Engineer
We’re seeking a TIS Service Desk Engineer to join Capital City College, one of London’s leading Further Education providers, and help shape the future of education in the capital.
About the Role
Post: Full-time, permanent position Scope: Provide swift and effective support for Learner and Staff requests, maintaining our high service standards.

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and service-minded individual with:
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency
- Clear, polished communication (written and verbal)

- Prior experience in a similar role
- Passion for contributing positively to a thriving college community
