About The Role
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Purpose: Ensure learner and staff requests are handled quickly and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service for customers.

About You
We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual passionate about delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates will bring:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and precision
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in a similar support or technical role
- A eagerness to contribute positively to our college community
