TIS Service Desk Engineer – Capital City College

Are you ready to make an impact at one of London’s leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled TIS Service Desk Engineer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About The Role

  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Purpose: Ensure learner and staff requests are handled quickly and effectively while maintaining a high standard of service for customers.

About You

We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual passionate about delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and precision
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Previous experience in a similar support or technical role
  • A eagerness to contribute positively to our college community
