Titleist Club Fitting Specialist – South of England
Acushnet Europe • St Ives, Cambridgeshire
About the Role
Where performance meets purpose at Acushnet Europe—home to iconic global golf brands. As a Club Fitting Specialist, you’ll represent Titleist in Sussex/Surrey and neighbouring counties, delivering unmatched fitting experiences to golfers and industry professionals. Based in a region known for world-class golf facilities, your role will centres on showcasing advanced club technology while driving brand engagement. Success requires a passion for golfing excellence, adaptability, and a proven track record of building relationships with speed.
This is a full-time, region-specific role: Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Surrey or Sussex.
Your Responsibilities
As the face of Titleist at consumer-facing events, you will:
Event Execution & Client Experience
- Deliver premium club fitting experiences (using Titleist equipment) by setting up, executing, and managing local events
- Highlight custom fitting benefits for clubs and golf balls to partners, consumers, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with Titleist’s Area Sales Manager to align events with national accounts and product launches
- Maintain a professional and positive atmosphere, reflecting Titleist’s commitment to innovation and performance
Operational & Reporting Duties
- Manage event logistics, including inventory and backup equipment
- Submit post-event reports with key metrics (participation numbers, feedback, engagement levels)
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to ensure smooth delivery
Education & Relationships
- Educate attendees on the technology and performance advantages of Titleist products
- Network effectively with trade partners, golf pros and amateurs to deepen brand loyalty

Your Profile
We’re seeking a hard-working individual who thrives in dynamic and varied environments. Required attributes include:
- Proven experience in custom golf fitting, including TrackMan or Foresight software
- Strong communicator with organisational acumen—must build relationships quickly and lead engaging discussions
- Proactive mindset, with a drive to increase visibility, drive engagement, and support sales goals
- Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word at minimum)
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel requirements (minimum of two Saturdays/month).
- Certified equipment setup skills (ability to prefit and customise clubs to titleist specifications)
- A PRDV-compliant driving license (or equivalent)
Nice-to-Haves (but not mandatory): ✔ PGA qualification ✔ Prior experience working directly for a major golf brand ✔ Prior commercial and consumer-facing event experience
