TLM Developer
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Type: Contract - inside IR35
Job Description:
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
Technical
- 5 to 7 years of experience on TLM Premium, TLM control, TLM Recon Admin, TLM Design Studio, TLM smart Studio, TLM Web Connect, TLM CT Tool, TLM Smart Schema
- Experience on TLM Premium V30 and above is mandatory
- Experience on SmartStream suite of tools and any other reconciliation platform to implement end to end delivery of reconciliations
- Technical knowledge of TLM product using the vendors application tools and customize the user interface screens, system workflow, and database structures to meet new version of TLM
- TLM Schema Design and use of TLM Smart Schema
- Worked on large and complex code base
- Building of CT packages and applying the packages to target environments
- Progressing system changes within the applications component testing and integration testing solutions as far as ready for UAT
- Amending the configuration in Control to accommodate the upgrade changes
- Hands on skillset to be able to handle end to end delivery of Intersystems trade positions recs, Intersystems cash recs, Cash Balance Transactions, Stock Positions transactions recs
- Proven experience on SQL/PLSQL with hands on
- Hands on Production environments on different OSS, Unix, Windows
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and development
- Good to have DevOps tooling experience, CICD pipeline automation involved
- SQL/PLSQL should have worked as a DevOps engineer in one of the previous roles
- Good to have Good understanding and working experience of python and Django framework to handle file processing, creating BOTs, automation, and innovation, etc.
- Good to have Worked on automation using Python and Django to reduce TPAMs accesses to production minimizing incidents, etc.

- Previous experience in Banking and Finance domain
- Experience in agile delivery mechanism
- Any DevOps tooling experience, CICD pipeline automation would be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills, experience of interfacing with IT Lead, Delivery Manager, Architect, business, Product Owners, and IT offshore teams
Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to deal with frequent changes
- Ability to work with Global stakeholders, vendors
- Must be able to work independently with minimum guidance
