Mint People are on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable bar staff to be part of the magic at Together Again Festival, taking place 23rd-26th July – one of the UK’s most unique and immersive music events!
If you love great music, high-energy environments, and unforgettable experiences, this is your chance to get involved.
Festival Details
⏰ Shifts are typically 7–8 hours, with a limited number of longer 12-hour shifts available for those looking to maximize their earnings.
⛺ On-site camping is available throughout the festival, allowing you to stay close to the action and enjoy the full festival experience.
🚗 Prefer to commute? You’re welcome to travel to and from the festival each day instead of camping if that suits you better.

Your Role:
As part of our festival bar team, you’ll be right in the action. Your responsibilities will include:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- 🍹 Serving drinks quickly and efficiently
- 📝 Taking orders and processing payments
- ✨ Keeping bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- 💷 Handling cash and operating tills
- 🔄 Supporting with bar backing and stock replenishment
