Make-up Artist Role
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team to:
- Create impact through in-store events,
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising,
- Ensure the store distinguishes itself against competitors.

While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, apprentice-level experience applicants are also welcome—provided you can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
- Conduct in-store events aligning with the brand’s high visual standards.
- Work retail hours, including:
- Days
- Nights
- Weekends
- Special events (fast-paced environment).
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software required.

Requirements
Recommended Background
- Certification in make-up artistry.
- Previous experience in retail make-up artistry.
Minimum Requirements
- Must demonstrate:
- Creative and technical make-up expertise (even if at apprentice level).
- Exceptional customer service capabilities (authentic, personalised engagement).
- Experience with retail POS software.
- Must provide proof of right to work in the country if invited to interview and attend for assessment.
