Tool Hire Assistant/Driver – Stirling Branch

No prior experience is required; full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tool hire activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
- Lead by example in cultivating strong customer relationships through proactive interactions, driving growth through cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver and collect customer orders on time, ensuring accuracy, secure loading/unloading, and adherence to company procedures.
- Support colleagues by building knowledge and competence in our tool hire products.
- Conduct pre-delivery tool checks to guarantee all machinery—such as breakers, saws, mixers, and access equipment—is clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Complete all necessary delivery paperwork and record-keeping.
- Inspect, test, and perform basic repairs on tools and small plant equipment.

Key Logistics
- 80% of the role involves driving a 3.5-tonne van to collect and deliver customer orders. A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Full-time hours: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–5:00 PM), plus every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM).
