Tool Hire Customer Assistant – Join Our Family
Helping customers find the tools they need and arrange hiring contracts, from earth-movers to drills, your role will ensure safety is always your priority. Your friendly and proactive nature will make customers want to sing our praises.
About the Role
As a Tool Hire Customer Assistant, you’ll play a key role in our team, assisting customers with their tool hire needs across an extensive range of equipment. Whether it’s heavy machinery or smaller devices, safety and customer satisfaction are at the heart of every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A natural ability to connect with people, whether they're customers or colleagues
- The willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and skills
- A friendly, helpful attitude that shines through in every interaction
- Some mechanical knowledge or at least a keen interest in tools and equipment
