Tool Hire Manager – Full-Time

About the Role
This is a full-time role working:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30–17:00
- Every other Saturday: 08:00–12:00
As part of the role, you will be required to drive a 3.5-tonne van for deliveries and collections, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resources to ensure efficient, effective, and safe operations
- Lead by example in building strong customer relationships, proactively cross-selling to support team growth
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a high-quality customer experience
- Deliver and collect customer orders on time, ensuring accuracy and safe handling of equipment
- Support colleagues in building knowledge and competence in tool hire products
- Maintain tool hire standards and ensure inventory and availability meet customer needs
