Purpose of Role:
Join Weir’s S4+ transformation programme and become the subject matter expert for the integrated toolchain that underpins one of the company’s largest business and technology transformations. You will play a critical role in ensuring tools such as LeanIX, Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, WalkMe and Collibra are configured, connected and governed to enable consistent delivery across global teams and partners. This role offers the opportunity to shape how the programme operates, improve transparency and traceability, and drive best practices across the entire transformation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Toolchain Ownership & Governance: Own and govern the integrated S4+ toolchain, ensuring it supports programme delivery, governance requirements and consistent ways of working across all workstreams and delivery partners.

Traceability & Delivery Enablement: Establish end-to-end traceability across business capabilities, processes, requirements, design decisions, testing, defects, training and readiness activities, providing trusted programme data and audit-ready evidence.

Partner & User Adoption: Drive consistent tooling adoption across Weir, SAP, Deloitte and third-party partners through coaching, enablement, standards and governance, ensuring teams follow agreed delivery practices.

Continuous Improvement & Integration: Enhance the effectiveness of the programme toolchain by improving workflows, automating hand-offs, reducing manual effort and ensuring tooling integrations remain reliable and fit for purpose throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
- Proven experience as a Tooling Lead, Transformation Tooling SME, Delivery Enablement Lead or similar role within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP or enterprise transformation programme.
- Hands-on experience with transformation and delivery tools such as LeanIX, Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, WalkMe, Collibra, Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, governance, audit readiness, traceability, reporting, workflow management and programme delivery controls.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consistent adoption of tools and standards across complex multi-vendor and global delivery environments.
