Topographic Surveyor

About Utopia

Utopia is an ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand creating a global ecosystem of properties and experiences.

We develop private villa retreats in beautiful locations around the world, each accompanied by high-end service. Utopia also offers a broader ecosystem of leisure experiences and services accessible to both guests on property and external visitors.

We design and construct our properties in-house. Our team covers the entire spectrum — from conceptualisation and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape design, guest experience, and long-term operations. For architects and designers, this presents a unique opportunity to influence the planning, construction, and curation of each space. For hospitality professionals, it means joining a collaborative environment where exceptional service is rooted in personalised attention and true guest-centric moments.

We’re an ambitious, hands-on team driven by high standards. We seek those with strong ideas, practical solutions, and an eye for detail — people who will step up with ownership, curiosity, and enthusiasm. If you share a passion for architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we’d love for you to build with us.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Surveyor to join our international luxury development team. This role spans our growing portfolio of projects globally, focussing on:

  • Conducting technical site surveys
  • Monitoring construction progress
  • Ensuring as-built accuracy against approved architectural and engineering plans

The ideal candidate blends technical surveying expertise with strong reporting skills and the capability to work independently across multiple international locations and sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
