Do you have experience within a heavy goods vehicle dealership?
We are recruiting for a Top Used Controller to join our team in Stoke, Stoke-on-Trent, on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide essential administration support for the sale of used vehicles, including:
- Creating detailed vehicle estimates
- Managing transactions from invoice creation to finalisation
- Overseeing loading and coordinating vehicles through the workshop
- Collaborating closely with the Used Vehicle team and Workshop Controller
- Maintaining and controlling used vehicle stock levels
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance compliance
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Adhering to tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Meeting audit requirements efficiently
- Ensuring smooth workflow between the dealership and workshop teams
- Enhancing organisational structure and efficiency in vehicle operations

Person Specification
To perform this role effectively, you should:
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Be flexible, adaptable, and assertive in a fast-paced work environment
- Possess high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Have familiarity with ESA or Mantis (or similar vehicle/parts identification software)
- A preference for experience in:
- Dealership administration
- Service or parts operations in the automotive industry
- Technical support roles within dealerships
- Hold a minimum CAT C driving licence (or equivalent) for vehicle management
