Total Reward Specialist
We're looking for a talented Total Reward Specialist to help build and evolve our job architecture, reward frameworks and career pathways. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine data, strategy and stakeholder influence to ensure our people are rewarded fairly, competitively and consistently.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support job evaluation, job levelling and role design activities.
- Maintain and enhance job architecture, career pathways and role profiles.
- Deliver market benchmarking and salary analysis using external reward data.
- Support the design and governance of pay structures and reward frameworks.
- Provide insights on pay equity, market competitiveness and reward effectiveness.
- Partner with People teams and business leaders to drive better reward decisions.
- Contribute to compensation reviews, reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring
- Experience in Total Reward, Compensation, Reward Analytics or Job Architecture.
- Strong market benchmarking and salary analysis capability.
- Knowledge of job evaluation and pay framework design.
- Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts simply.
- Experience using market survey providers such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW or Radford is advantageous.
