Total Rewards Administrator

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Total Rewards Administrator to support the delivery of our Total Rewards function. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate administration, effective data management, and smooth coordination of core reward activities.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll provide structured support across benefits, pensions, and reward processes—helping to maintain high data accuracy, support cyclical activity, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and on time. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the development of more streamlined and scalable Total Rewards processes.
Responsibilities
Benefits & Pension Administration
- Maintain benefits platform data, including joiners and leavers
- Support monthly data submissions to external providers
- Manage and respond to employee benefit queries in a timely manner
- Assist with pension administration, including documentation and data validation
- Maintain audit records and ensure a high level of data accuracy

Reward Data & Reporting
- Run standard reports and support data validation checks
- Maintain trackers and data used across Total Rewards processes
Communications & Coordination
- Support the drafting of employee communications
- Assist with preparing presentations and guidance materials
- Coordinate timelines for key reward processes and activities
Process Improvement & Systems
- Support updates to procedures and process documentation
- Prepare data and materials for system uploads and enhancements
- Contribute to improving processes and reducing manual activity
Invoice Management
- Raise requisitions and purchase orders
- Support invoice receipting and tracking
- Liaise with stakeholders and providers to ensure timely and accurate payment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (including data validation, lookup functions, and presentation preparation)
- Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Clear and confident written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in developing within Total Rewards
- Ability to respond to routine employee and HR queries
- Proven ability to provide administrative support across a range of activities
- Capability to support cyclical HR processes (e.g., benefits administration, audit requirements, pay review cycles)

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits administration
- Experience using HR systems
- Experience with Oracle
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information
Salary & Benefits
- Closing date for applications: Wednesday 8th July 2026
- Salary: £30,600 to £34,000 (depending on experience)
- Flexible benefits package
- Hybrid working: Ideally 2 days per week in-office on average, per month
