Total Rewards Analyst
The Total Rewards Analyst will support the EMEA Total Rewards team with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, conducting compensation analytics, managing pay transparency requests, validating data, and coordinating cross-functionally. This role involves working closely with teams in Compensation, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Operations to facilitate a compliant implementation of pay transparency requirements across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will:
- Operate independently with strong discretion in handling sensitive compensation data
- Maintain the highest accuracy in a highly regulated environment
Requirements
- Experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- HR Analytics or compensation reporting experience
- Hands-on experience in compliance-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage sensitive compensation data with high accuracy
