About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Total Rewards Business Partner to partner with compensation and benefits teams across European and APAC markets. This role supports strategic reward positioning, benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with Business Stakeholders and HR teams. Reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, the ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment with a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking

  • Lead external market surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis to align compensation with regional/global frameworks.
  • Performevaluations**.
  • Provide structured salary recommendations based on data, ensuring pay equity and market competitiveness.
  • Partner with P&O and business leaders to communicate reward programs and resolve questions.
  • Support organization design initiatives with compensation impact assessments.
  • Update and evolve salary structures and grading frameworks.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Develop compensation and benefits dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • Perform cost modeling and scenario analysis for merit cycles, incentive plans, and policy adjustments.
  • Analyze trends in pay equity, competitiveness, and program effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Finance on reporting automation and data integrity.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Annual Cycles & Program Management

  • Co-own merit and incentive processes, ensuring governance, timely execution, and budget alignment.
  • Partner with Finance during planning and forecasting for compensation costs.
  • Work with vendors and local P&O teams to review and enhance benefits.
  • Contribute to design and rollouts of new reward programs, policies, and guidelines.

Stakeholder Partnership & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted rewards advisor to P&O and leadership.
  • Create and deliver training on compensation processes for managers.
  • Provide structured, data-backed guidance for complex compensation queries.
  • Act as a resource for internal P&O teams and Associates.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure programs comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Maintain clear, user-friendly documentation of reward policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or statistical HR/Finance roles.
  • Expertise in:
    • Market salary benchmarking
    • Job evaluation framework design
    • Incentive plan management
    • Multi-country analytics (advantageous)
    • Employee benefits administration
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling, and data interpretation.
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation data to business and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)—written and spoken.
  • Enterprise-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation) and Basic proficiency in Excel (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Workday is desirable but not required.
