The Global Total Rewards Specialist
The Global Total Rewards Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for driving the delivery, governance, and execution of global compensation and benefits strategies, with strong emphasis on compensation methodology with global application and secondary emphasis on international benefits, particularly across EMEA.
This role independently works on a team that delivers complex, cross-border Total Rewards initiatives, including partnering with local HRBP’s and Talent Acquisition team on offers, internal promotions and employee pay questions. Current initiatives include, pay transparency readiness, merit processes and compensation projects. The position acts as an advisor to HR Business Partners and local leadership, ensuring competitive, compliant, and data-driven Total Rewards programmes that align with Ping’s global business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain salary structures, job & salary framework, and job family alignment across multiple geographies globally.
- Partner with lead Compensation Partners to assist with global compensation projects such as annual compensation planning processes including merit cycles, incentive programmes, and promotion pay decisions.
- Analyze compensation data and participate in local pay transparency initiatives ensuring compliance with emerging directives and local regulations with strong understanding of global pay transparency compliance and reporting requirements including the EU pay directive.
- Partner with benefits team and People Operations teams to assist with global benefits benefit inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, and local HR Business Partners to support accurate and timely delivery of global benefits programs.
- Provide ongoing support for the global benefits renewal process including data submissions, follow-up requests, invoice reconciliation and processing, budgeting/forecasting, and coordinating with internal partners.
- Create and maintain key internal global benefits resources, including but not limited to standard operating procedure documents, the global benefits inventory, management reporting, global calendar, and invoice tracking.
- Resolve escalated benefits program inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in global compensation and benefits including Americas, EMEA and APAC.
- Knowledge of global compensation compliance, regulations, and pay transparency directives.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation modelling tools.
- Experience with compensation planning tools.
