Job Responsibilities
The Global Total Rewards Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for driving the design, governance, and execution of global compensation and benefits strategies, with a strong emphasis on compensation methodology and global application.
This role independently leads complex, cross-border Total Rewards initiatives, including:
- Execution of global compensation strategy
- Pay transparency readiness
- M&A due diligence and integration
- Advanced workforce analytics

The position acts as an advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leadership, ensuring competitive, compliant, and data-driven Total Rewards programmes that align with Hexagon’s global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global compensation frameworks aligned to business growth and market competitiveness.
- Design and maintain salary structures, grading architecture, and job family alignment across multiple geographies globally.
- Drive global annual compensation planning processes including merit cycles, incentive programmes, and promotion governance.
- Execute pay transparency initiatives, ensuring compliance with emerging directives and local regulations, with a strong understanding of global pay transparency compliance and reporting requirements (including EU pay directive).
- Conduct compensation and benefits due diligence during M&A transactions and participate in post-acquisition integration.
- Manage global benefits strategies, ensuring compliance and market alignment.
- Develop global compensation dashboards and workforce analytics for executive decision-making and quarterly reporting.
- Independently lead cross-functional global Total Rewards projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits, covering Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Demonstrated experience leading Total Rewards components of M&A transactions.
- Strong knowledge of global compensation compliance, regulations, and pay transparency directives.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation modelling tools.
- Preference for SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Compensation, in a unified data model environment.
- Proven ability to independently lead global projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Professional certification such as CCP or GRP preferred.
