Requirements

  • Live -or relocate to- the Fairbanks area
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • MUST have extensive experience driving in extreme winter-weather conditions
  • Comfortable driving large, passenger vans
  • Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence & interpersonal tact
  • Operate autonomously & enforce company safety policies
  • Possess in-depth, local knowledge
  • Willing to work on weekends, nights, & in sub-zero temperatures

Your Mission

  • Tailor tours using creativity & emotional intelligence to make each guest’s experience the trip of a lifetime
  • Uphold our culture of adventure, stewardship, competitive greatness & unmatched hospitality
  • Capture great photos & videos upon request (with guest permission)
  • Maintain an accurate pulse on weather forecasts
  • Use logic & discretion when adjusting a tour
