Requirements
- Live -or relocate to- the Fairbanks area
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- MUST have extensive experience driving in extreme winter-weather conditions
- Comfortable driving large, passenger vans
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence & interpersonal tact
- Operate autonomously & enforce company safety policies
- Possess in-depth, local knowledge
- Willing to work on weekends, nights, & in sub-zero temperatures
Your Mission
- Tailor tours using creativity & emotional intelligence to make each guest’s experience the trip of a lifetime
- Uphold our culture of adventure, stewardship, competitive greatness & unmatched hospitality
- Capture great photos & videos upon request (with guest permission)
- Maintain an accurate pulse on weather forecasts
- Use logic & discretion when adjusting a tour
