JOB SUMMARY:
The Tour Operations Manager will support touring team members in all aspects of responsibilities including preparation and organizing of materials and administrative support. It is an exciting, fast-paced division that is at the core of Live Nation business.
The suitable individual will need to be fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills, confidently dealing with internal departments, agencies, and artist management.
We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running with enthusiasm, as high volume and consistent workload means a successful applicant will need to grasp tasks quickly.
This role is based in Asia and is subject to work visa eligibility in the country of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating all operations requirement for shows internally and externally
- Liaising and working with tour to ensure all requests are delivered
- Working closely with multiple markets across Asia to successfully deliver shows
- Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets including backstage requirements for shows
- Serve as the primary point of contact between tour and local markets
- Obtain all details and show information from market representatives
- Coordinate with local/regional markets for ticketing, VIP, and ops related matters
- Create and distribute reports weekly internally and externally
- Maintain a master contact list and document for each individual tour
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of show information updates and reporting distributed to internal teams
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance protocols are followed throughout the tour

Required Skills and Experience
- An excellent communicator and team player
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong knowledge of tour logistics and venue operations
- Must be able to travel extensively, including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle a varied and heavy workload.
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment.
- Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment.

Note: This role will be based in one of Live Nation's Asia markets in Asia, subject to business needs. Employment is contingent upon the successful candidate meeting the applicable work authorization (Work Visa) and immigration requirements in the country of employment.
