Touring and Venue Cleaner – Seasonal Contract
Location: St Ives Bay Beach Resort, Hayle, TR27 5BH
About the Role
We want our touring guests’ facilities to sparkle, so clean that when they walk through the doors, they say, “Wow!”
Are you a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with high cleaning standards? We’re looking for hard-working Touring and Venue Cleaners to join our team for the busy summer season.
As a Holiday Hero, you’ll be the backbone of our guest experience, keeping our spaces spotless day and night. This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys staying active.
Work Details
- Contract type: Seasonal
- Hours: Rostered shifts
- Earliest start: 7:00 AM
- Latest finish: 2:00 AM
- Wage: £12.71 per hour – paid weekly!

The Mission
Working within our bright, energetic team, your primary responsibility is to maintain our high cleaning standards. This includes:
- Conducting general and deep cleaning across venue spaces and touring areas.
- Responding quickly to on-the-spot cleaning needs during operating hours.
- Completing weekly remedial cleaning and essential late-night close-down tasks.
- Performing duties independently and unsupervised during offpeak shifts.
There may be occasional extra tasks needed, so flexibility is key! You must be happy to lend a hand when required.
Bank holidays are included! ⚠️ Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll work bank holidays too.
Skills, Experience & Qualities
Essential:
✅ High cleaning standards and great attention to detail ✅ Strong self-motivation ✅ Ability to work independently and autonomously ✅ Willingness to play a part in a team even when working alone ✅ Walking into post is optional, but a driving licence is a bonus (either is fine!)
