Our client, a respected planning consultancy, are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work out of their Exeter office. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, rural, and agricultural projects.

Experience
Ideally, candidates will have experience of:
- Preparing planning applications and appeals
- Undertaking site development appraisals
- Liaising with clients, land owners, and developers
Applicants will ideally have consultancy or housebuilder experience; however, local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
